Man I have been eating right and working out hard. I want to look good in my swimsuit this summer and I am bound and determined to get off these last few pounds. I am ready for the nice warm weather. I have a picture of what I want to look like from MD mag and I will look like it within a year...
working on it. its going slow. more medical issues, going to specialist Monday for new procedure. Results are supposed to be w/in 24 hours. cross your fingers!
after that, picking back up where i left off. right now just holding steady, no major lose or gain.

Hey! I am struggling I ain't gonna lie, but not gaining so that better than not losing to me.lol. I have been hostess for Thanksgiving which was really hard not to eat soooo much, but I am back to counting points and feel alot better. I finish up this semester Tuesday and have a couple weeks break and plan on getting a turbo bust at the gym. Hope your doing okay!!
Hey no worries about it! Thanks so much for the advice and pointers. It's noted now in my training log so i won't forget this when i'm training back and doing deadlifts. Thanks again and I believe this will help me big time.
Hi, just wondering, if you have any advice for myself on deadlifting. I posted a new deadltg. vid but it's bad. My goal is 300 by January and quite frankly 245 felt like the heaviest weight in the world for me. If you stop by just don't be shy and be honest. You've been in competitions and probably know of some routines that i could do. K thanks and all the best!
I have been running CRAZY. I started the Teacher Education program and have been covered up! I don't even have time to realize how far behind I have gotten on things! I had lost quite a few pounds, but Halloween came!lol
So maybe I will drop it back down again.
