How I Started: Have always been an active person, played a alot of sports growing up and throught school at a high level. Started hitting the gym around 04 but training was all bout bulking up for sport, started reading up and learning alot more since then and a few years on..here i am.

What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
protein shake is always rewarding after a hard sess..
some bcaa n glucose powder too..
have tried creatine, beta alanine n other supps but ends up pretty exp so ive found sticking with the basics gene...more

(or alternate workout do thiss SS with reps for power @50%1RM)

Also for this cycle added some isometric partials for BB bench n row ;) 2x8sec at low/mid/top range against the pins.
