How I Started:
Have always been an active person, played a alot of sports growing up and throught school at a high level. Started hitting the gym around 04 but training was all bout bulking up for sport, started reading up and learning alot more since then and a few years on..here i am.
Why I Love It:
Physically & Mentally just a good feeling. love working toward n achieving my goals.
How I Stay Motivated:
Set my own goals. Train with mates.

Just want to cut up a bit, lose some bf from winter...happy with the way legs are going atm tho
What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
protein shake is always rewarding after a hard sess..
some bcaa n glucose powder too..
have tried creatine, beta alanine n other supps but ends up pretty exp so ive found sticking with the basics generally works n gets the best results protein shake is always rewarding after a hard sess..
