I started off trying to lose my gut. After losing 55 pounds I realized I had achieved my goal and it was time to take my fitness to the next level. Now I follow a pretty common routine, bulk in the winter, cut in the summer. Can't really think about competing yet, maybe if I can stick with this and keep my motivation up for another 2 years I will be ready.
Why I Love It:
BIG PUMP!! Also it is so cool watching my strength increase. Slowly but surely all my lifts keep improving.
How I Stay Motivated:
COFFEE!! Also I let myself go really bad one time and gained 60 pounds of fat. Since then I have been obsessed with my fitness.
BB Accomplishments:
Doubling my strength while losing fifty five pounds in less than six months.
I can now bench 225 for reps, and I only weigh in at 150 pounds.

Just to keep my motivation level up. I'm finding out year after year that this is a loooooong process.
Goal (Long):
Well I'm trying to get big. Unless it's the first couple of months of summer where I try to get a little bit lean. Not too lean though I love food too much.
Since you've been working out, taking supplements and eating right, how often do you get sick (cold, flu, etc.)?
Rarely

Do you have any type of chronic disease or condition?
Yes
What is it?
acid reflux disease
How does fitness help you with your condition? What do you have to do differently in your program since you have this condition?
Since I have adjusted my diet and been working out my condition has definitely improved. I just need to quit smoking/drinking and I will be much better.
