i love being able to work out and watch my body change

watching football highlights and seeing older bigger guys lift wanting to be like them really.

besides having a spot all the time just having a friend there to workout with helps me stay motivated

saturday i had the powerlifting meet i had been working hard preparing for. I had a great time and i won 1st place in my wieght class, i also won most valuble lifter for getting first in every lift.=) now im searching for somethign outside of football to compete in

Jon, You look a lot leaner in you 2/07 pix compared to you current avatar pic. I note that daily you were going back and forth between 170 and 171 and most recently dropped to 167. I was going back and forth between 171 and 173 until I started my bike rides with body weight exercise at 10 stops along the way. My wt. jumped to 175-176 and I hanging there consistently. I don't understand the physiology of our experience and those who claim to lose huge poundages - do you?
