Training has been slow. I go back to the pain specialist on the 29th so he can check the results of the procedure I had to kill three of the cervical nerves in my neck. Pain is still there, but hopefully not for much longer.
I just picked up Superpump! After I'm done I will give Evolution a shot. Looking to put on 10 lbs of muscle but I want to say lean. I was thinking about doing a bulking cycle, not sure yet. I checked out that stack, may not be right for me???????
I know bro, it sucks man. Nah I haven't seen a doctor yet. I never have been real big on going to the doctors to tell you the truth. I'm gonna rest it for a week and see how it feels, if it doesn't get any better then I'll probably get it looked at.
I left Gold's a while back when they got rid of all their heavy dumbbells. If you want to train together, I could get you a guest pass to one of the other places I go.
I hope so. I can't express how frustrating this has been. I'm trying to stay positive, but it has been hard when I can't even touch a bar right now. All I can think about is how much I am going to lose, when I'm not even close to where I want to be anyway. I guess one can only keep pushing forward. Thanks for the support.
Do you do anything specific to keep your rotator cuffs strong? I am starting to have some problems with mine. Fearing I'm not going to do well at Cornhusker because of this.
Thanks for the comment. I'll keep it in mind. I am lifting (Raw Bench) at the Cornhusker State Games in July. I may hit you up, as I am always willing to take advice to improve. I am a long way from where I want to be.
