hey dude you know that one supplement you take the Super Heavyweight Gainer. When you take it how much body fat do you usually get from it? I take Iso mass and it works but a lil bit to much fat

nice one on winning the teen transformation, i entered like 5times but i never won. Any tips on how to get these guys attention? you looked so un-healthy in your first progress picture im so happy that you decided to put on some muscle, i respect it more when ecto-morphs gain muscle rather than endo-morphs lose fat because i think its harder, i struggle to over eat and im greedy! lol
