9 pounds lighter. I used Xenadrine EFX from 1 Jan-21 Jan. I thought it was an OK supplement. I think I will try a topical fat loss on my abs next.

Took a few weeks off to prepare for deployment to Iraq. This is me after my first week in the gym. My muscles love the gym. It's a nice change from pushups/situps/run

Went off all supplements for one month.
Went to 3 sets of 12 reps for all exercises.
