Reason: The harder I work in the gym, the more out of control my cravings for simple sugars get. I only take half of the recommended dose and it curbs my appetite enough to pass on dessert, but I can still eat a full meal.

Reason: I have never made any gains without Creatine. I take this for strength and size gains.

Reason: My diet isn't perfect. I could never get enough protein to make gains without a supplement. This protein doesn't leave me bloated and drowsy like the others. I can take this 15 mins prior to my supercharged workouts and 5 minutes after.
