Starmount High Attended 1995 to 1999 Boonville, North Carolina United States
When I Started:
Jan, 2009
How I Started:
I have worked out off and on really ever since high school and through college. I never really took it serious. After my son was born and I have realized that I had gained just as much and more than my wife did during the pregancy. That's when I realized that I needed to start taking it a little more serious. So I went from a weak 215 to 194 with ok strength. I have been working to get stronger and bigger since.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing the tranformation. Also, to me, working out gives you more energy.
How I Stay Motivated:
My waistline and my fight against genetics. Pictures and stories from bodybuilding.com and magazines.
Done being about the abs! I'm about the weight gain now! DO WORK CREW. GET IT DONE, NO EXCUSES.
Goal (Long):
Right now I have decided to piss on trying to see my abs and just bulk until March. I wanna see how much lean muscle I can gain in 7 months. Hopefully I can gain like 15lbs but keep myself around 15-17% bf.
So as many of you know I am a teacher. Well today I had a training after school, during my usual workout time. Well I had planned on working out the last period of the day which is my planning period. That didn't happen thanks to all the damn paper work that I have to do. So I didn't get to...

Mine is going great, currently doing a 179 day transformation...It's kind of easy because i'm deployed so there really aren't any tempations to eat bad and all there really is to do is workout...but it's hard without family around...in the end I know I'll go home better than i ever was.
