Bdubdiesel i lift monday through friday... then sat is my calishthetnics day.... i honestly just do a full body workout with them when it hurts i do a couple more i dont count reps Jun 17, 2010 9:03am

MorethanGUNZ30 josh, i one of my fave abdominal exercies are hangin leg raises with medecine ball...those are soo awesome and really bring out the deep cuts in the abs. as far core exercises...most of the exercises we do, i.e. bent over barbell rows, squats, etc, etc, strengthen our core...thats why its important to always have proper form. MorethanGUNZ30 I actually train my arms about once every 2 weeks if that anymore...just to maintain basically. But im about to start training them regularly again. I normally do 4 exercises for biceps, and 4 exercises for tris back to back, pretty heavy with a rep rang of 6-8. Jun 6, 2010 9:00pm

wabeer1 Sound like you are firing mate. I am from Perth, which is Western Australia and we have just gone into winter. My trainings going well and trying to get to 200lbs by Oct and been eating for a small village to keep the dream alive. I am off to Italy next week and will carb overloading ftW.
