nightspirit_21 I see a subtle change in your back width. Heavy training will do that to ya lol. Looks like you've got it all planned out as far as diet goes. I'm still struggling to eat enough protein to maintain muscle mass and at the same time lose 20 lbs or so. I'll get there, just have to get into a rhythm. Mar 21, 2009 12:19pm
