What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I am not really doing anything great, I am eating more Veg, and fruits and I don't eat any protein bigger than my hand and only eat 2 cups of carbs a day.
Well it has been a little while since I have posted any progress or anything at all. So I have started back hard I have working really good last three weeks.
Monday, Wedneday, Friday Cardio. 3 miles
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday lift. Back,Chest-legs,bicep-stomach,tricep.
E very third Sunday heavy day. 1 set of my max on all bodyparts.
Yea man dieting sucks sometimes. I always have used a cheat day to keep me sane. Then I find out that what I really thought I wanted does not really satisfy me as much. Just don't ever give up.
Hey nman good to hear from you. Most fat burners curb diet. I am using Animal Pak right now but any of them work, Hydroxycut, Lipo 6. Try eating brocolli and green bean and or any green vegetable with your meals and some natural peanut butter 2tbsp. You want be hungry long.
No, Never counted calories but the food I eat is very low in calories. I just eat in portions. Portion of protein, portion of carbs or fat using my hand as a measurment of protein and usually my clinched fist or smaller for a carb portion as far as fat its usually 2 to four teaspoons of natural pb or 1-2oz of nuts!
Right now I eat a high protein, low carb, medium fat diet. You mainly eat a protein and a vegetable at each meal, with a fat source such as natural peanut butter, almonds or an avacodo. 5 to 6 meals a day.
Thanks for the complement I have been lifting since I was twelve. The diet is about 90% of the equation for me also. It is also hard for me to get lean if my diet is not a 100% and doing 30min to and hour of cardio 5 days a week!
