How I Started:
I want to get into shape for the Air Force ROTC program I am in. I not only want to meet the standards, I want to surpass the standards by leaps and bounds.
Why I Love It:
I love being in shape, it's healthy and keeps you positive. I know working out will lead me to better myself physically and mentally and prepare me for challenges that lie ahead.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep thinking about my goal, being in the Air Force. I think about my relatives who were in the Air Force, and how they did it. I pray to God to give me the strength I need to keep working out.
BB Accomplishments:
I know it's not much compared to others, but for me it's pretty huge. Went from doing 10 pushups in a minute to 40. (Improving those everyday)
Run: Brought run to 7:00 down from 8:30. I'm proud of that.
