wanted to get bigger so i started an old german body building program that is 10x10 with supersets and i have already gained a lot in the first month

i need a lot of hard work!!!! weight 220
looks like i got a little progress i am 235lbs here and according to the army standards it says i am 20% body fat(I do not think so) I am going to do other means to check that!

i try to find workouts from scientific sources that have been proven to be effective and i also like to try some things that i have come up with and work for me as well

Well i have been working hard and gaining strength losing fat and looking better as well as feeling better. This last week i have done something to my lower back i have had to rewrite my workouts justy so i can do some lifts without hurting myself i am going to rehab for my lower back not...
