i need a lot of hard work!!!! weight 220  looks like i got a little progress i am 235lbs here and according to the army standards it says i am 20% body fat(I do not think so) I am going to do other means to check that!

Well i have been working hard and gaining strength losing fat and looking better as well as feeling better.  This last week i have done something to my lower back i have had to rewrite my workouts justy so i can do some lifts without hurting myself i am going to rehab for my lower back not...
