How I Started: A friend motivated me to be his workout partner, I continued long after we worked out together. I was hooked by how my body responded.
Why I Love It: It is something that is mine, no one elses, I like to put on my IPOD and relieve lifes stress.
How I Stay Motivated: Goals, seeing improvement.
BB Accomplishments: Competed back in 2003, took away a trophy. Would like to get back on stage some day. I have had allot of life experiences...a competition is the most mind dicipline thing I have ever done!

This week is already going better.  I did the following yesterday.

Was in the gym by 5:30 am, worked out legs, went heavy on leg press and supersetting with leg extensions to feel the burn! 

I went back in the evening to do 35 minues on the eliptical, came home and finally ate a...

Thanks. I did 2 shows last year and this year i look a lot better. I have a show here in little rock this weekend and then my next one will be in springdale. you should go i need all the support i can get.

Good goals. It took me a while to get my abs showing through. Of course, when I first started lifting I had no idea about nutrition or anything like that. But I got there, and so will you.

The one big Tip I would give is, figure out your diet and stick to it! make sure you have alot of EFA's...they have helped me gain so much muscle its incredible
