My highschool offered a weight lifting course. I took the course and i have been hooked ever since
Why I Love It:
I love knowing that it is just me against me. I love that i am the one solely responsible for my gains and improvements. I also love the feeling of self accomplishment that i get from bodybuilding
How I Stay Motivated:
I love to challenge my self and push myself to constantly improve. I view my training as a competition against my self in my previous workout.
BB Accomplishments:
I have yet to do any shows or competitions but i plan on doing some once i am done school.

my arms are still overpowering my upper body..im working on it though
My back looks a little thicker than before, keepin in mind i think that the lighting is a little better which does make a big difference. The other thing is im not trying to cut yet i seem to look a little leaner.
I want to weigh 200lbs at sub 10% body fat. I really want to pack some size into my legs and chest as those are the areas that really need work. I want my physique to be perfectly symmetrical and proportional and at the same time aesthetically pleasing.
I have to say that my favorite thing about bodyspace is that it allows you to view whomevers profile you want. Further i love all the guys on this site who compliment girls by saying "nice glutes". I love it it's ****ing hilarious. Lets be serious here, the guys are not commenting...
Yeah, it's pretty sweet. It brings a lot of fire power to the fight. Good job on your build so far man! You'll hit your goal before too long. You might need to pack on a little fat to help build that much and then cut it back down when you reach your goal. I started out at 165 lbs my freshman year of college and was over 200 lbs by the middle of my sophomore year. Good luck!
I like your goal! You have great physique, nice back definition and amasing shape and hardness in your biceps - I really like the nice peak! Look forward to seeing you progress! -Ray
