schaferkyle The only carbs I really take in are oatmeal for breakfast and either sweet potato or brown rice once or twice throughout the day, depending on the muscle group I train. I take that amino energy by optimum nutrition to keep me sane haha. Eating a lot of almonds too, good fats Mar 8, 2012 8:35pm

gettherefaster hey man my diet is ok and pretty clean. this is what it is: Meal 1: 2 bowls of cereal (mini wheats) and soy milk. Meal 2: 2 or 3 hard boiled eggs. Meal 3: tuna sandwhich. Meal 4: post workout mass gainer. Meal 5: dinner which varies. Meal 6: protein shake with a cup of blended oats and in soy milk again. ON 100% Whey. its somewhere around 2500 - 2700 cals. i should prob be eating more though. i'm also trying the CLA softgels by ON as well. hope that helps man. Feb 3, 2012 4:00pm

pepsiracer24 My diet changes every 2 weeks. Right now I'm doing a Keto to keep my bf levels low right before this contest. I have a pretty fast metabolism, so even when I was at 3500+ calories, I still had a tough time gaining. My bf stays around 12% when not on keto. I play a lot of basketball too so that helps.
