Goal (Long): I have always wanted to be really muscular, I guess it didn't mean enough to me to try though. Since I turned 50, I have developed an urgent sense to accomplish things, like bodybuilding, and climbing the ladder at work.

Today is the last work day of nine days in a row. Filling in here and there for people taking off. From everything i've read you are supposed to take off from working out sometimes. Well this was my week. I did get in one workout though. I feel bad inside, like I missed out on something...
