Want to shed some pounds (around 15) and have toned, tan, and visable muscles by the end of June
Goal (Long):
I am a nursing student who is recently divorced. Due to school and life stressors I greatly slacked off from focusing on my own personal health and fitness. I have one more semester left in school and would like to be in the best shape possible before that semester begins in August. I plan to shed approx. 15lbs of fat and tone my body over the summer so that I can set an example for myself and the patients I take care of.
Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
I keep a daily journal of daily accomplishments with fitness and life goals... it helps keep me accountable and Im looking forward to reading back over it one day once I have acheived them all.

What are your personal NON-FITNESS life goals?
Get finished with nursing school and obtain a position in the ER.
Thanks for the reply. After reading some of the other comments you have recieved I see that I am not the only one who thinks Your eyes and smile are gorgious. How have the workouts been going? I bet your dieting to huh? ugh!!I think that is harder than the workouts. Talk to you soon
Ahhh but as Henry Ford once said the person who believe they can and they person who believe they can not are both correct....so in reality the outcome is what you make of it ;)
Jazzy! If I were in your shoes I would just maintain till the finals are over then crank it back up afterward...not telling you what to do, but just saying you know? ;)
