About ten years ago, there was a buzz around work about a new book. Everyone was reading it and talking about it. "I'm doing the 12-week program!" "Are you doing the 12-week program?" I saw the amazing before-and-after pictures in the book and decided to read it: Body for Life by Bill Phillips. That book motivated me to start weight training. I even joined a gym for the first time in my life, at age 42. Now I can't imagine not going to the gym and training on a regular basis.
