Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Mild soreness in abs that lasted for about a week. Had to take it easy for awhile.

Today, I was up at 6am for work training which lasted from 730-3.  It wasn't too bad b/c I had packed a nice lunch/snacks for myself.  I had two bananas, two pieces of wheat bread, two rice cakes, a small salad with carrots and a bit of honey mustard dressing, and brown rice with a decent...
