Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Mild soreness in abs that lasted for about a week. Had to take it easy for awhile.

somehow i manage to hurt myself all the time..... doctor says i got a semi-hernia the muscle walls are weakened.  ive been getting crazy shooting pain sometimes...he said to take it easy stick with some upper body stuff which dissapoints me..i dont want chicken legs!
