I have always been into fitness, and fallen off since high school. My dad is very into excercise and fitness.
Why I Love It:
I love working out, because it gets rid of that bleh sedentary feeling. I hate feeling weak, slow, and fat.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to be healthy when I get older. I would like to be more fit and attractive.
BB Accomplishments:
I have moved to free weights on most of my exercises, and I can now see my pecs =)

What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
SizeON creatine, multi vitamin, and fish oil. I take the creatine for greater size. The multivitamin covers my micro nutrients, and the oil is to keep my joints and heart healthy.
