Last year i hurt my shoulder back in may i could not do push ups nor bench for 6 months thats the only difference :)

Thanks man body fat no idea but i am sure i am single digits. b/w 6 n 9. For lower abs u have to do leg raises with weights to add resistance n of course the diet. Abs dont show unless u have a decent diet
