When I Started: Aug 2006
HOW I STARTED:

Played sports in High School before joining the army, ALWAYS lifted weights and been in the gym ever since!

WHY I LOVE IT:

Love the gains,environment,results,stress relief! Motivation,Dedication,& Inspiration LOOKING LIKE A BRICK HOUSE!!

Inspiration

Hey fellow readers, Have you ever woken up in the morning on that "fresh start Monday" and asked yourself what inspires you, or why you keep going and do what you do?? I would think just about everyone does, because i sure know i do! You know inspiration is one of the biggest boosts anyone can get in life in my opinion, because with out it...what motivates you? After all you cant be motivated unless your first inspired in someone or something! ;] So i ask myself everyday...what inspires me?? Well that's a good question, I'd have to say multiple things, being a soldier, being over sea...
