Day 3 & 4  Im little late with this but Day 3 was just Cardio. What I'm doing instead of a steady moderate pace of cardio I'm doing a HIIT program to burn a little bit more fat. -Day 4 Back and Bicep Day!!!  I definitely feel stronger with this workout than the past few days. Im still dealing with the soreness but hopefully it will subside. Philippians 4:13  James

Day 2  Day 2 was MUCH better than yesterday, I was able to focus a little bit more on my workouts and pushed through the exercises.   Still sore but that comes with it!! I think the main challenge for me is the nutrition..I like a little more variety and the diet plan is VERY basic. I know its for my good though. 1 Corinthians 6:20-"Honor God with your Body" and thats what I want to continue to do.  James Go to BodyBlog

Day 1  Today I realized how out of shape I was!!!! I havent been to the gym since November due to some family issues that required all of my attention. Now that I am back in school I am ready to transform my body for real!! Plus I am an engaged man so I gotta get ready for my Honeymoon. Today was Leg day and my legs are SORE!!! Captain Ahab I look forward to seeing you reach your fitness goal. I lost over 50 Lbs and went from 36% to 12% bodyfat in just 12 weeks by eating right, lifting weights and doing cardio and in that order.
