I was sick and tired of being the fat kid and not gettin any girls cuz i was fat and sloppy,when i was younger my grandmom always said dont eat alot but i couldnt i jus keep eatin until i finaly came to reality and i started now i been through alot i was workin out through of 05 and 06 until i was in a car accident but im startin over in 2008

Weight loss is goin alright man, I dont lose much weight cause I'm building alot mucsle mass but I loss some serious fat. Hows yo weight loss goin on?

yeah take a look at mu supplement list on my profile... the only one i do not take is lipo 6 and i dont take no-xplode that often only when i need some energy. If your looking to buy some in philly try to find a vitmin shoppe because GNC is to expensive but if you cant find a Vitmin Shoppe buy some of bodybuilding.com they do have the best price and they ship quick! Do you take any supplments?

Thanks for the comment kid. Here's what helped me lose weight and gain muscle. Eat your body weight if you want to be 155 lbs consume 155 grams of protein a day and 155 grams of good carbs with minimal fat. Find a good gym partner. Keep at it you'll get there.
