How I Started:
I was really skinny and very lean. I hated that look and picked up a weight and saw the pump I got after looking in the mirror and then started working out freshman year. I weighed 145. Now I walk around at 170.
Why I Love It:
I love it because you take your mind off everything and just focus on you. I love building up of the muscles that have been given to you.
How I Stay Motivated:

im assumin u dont use supplements? and im kinda fat not really but wat things should i eat exactly? for example i eat pork should i stop that as a whole
