hmm, it's been awhile since i've seen you but I noticed you have pretty high reps on your arm workouts, 10 as opposed to the 5 you do on bench... I used to do about 6-8 on arms then just switched up to 12, and i'm finally seeing alot more results... is that what you're on?

Skippy, it's been awhile, but I got back on and saw we are about the same height, and was wondering if the weight you have posted right now is during a cut or what? It would seem you have alot of muscle mass for the weight you have down.. just wondering

Thanks for your encouragement. I plan to keep it up, although I've been out of state for a week then I got sick for another. Looking forward to hitting the weights hard!

hey, I don't really use very many supplements. All I use is my protein, which is on my page and some cheap creatine that isn't even on this web page. I make sure to use it how it says so it'll work, and that's about it. Lots of food though

That's been my problem. I'm not really on any diet. Believe it or not, in that picture I'm trying to bulk. I have a really hard time gaining weight, so that's why I was asking about the cut

Hey bud. Looks like if you're wrestling 103 alot of people are in for some unpleasant surprises. You hardly ever see that much muscle in the 103 weight class. Go get em!

Thanks. I plan to stick with bodybuilding. I can't imagine NOT feeling as good as I do when I'm bodybuilding or eating healthy or anything like that.
