Hey I wanted to wish everyone on my friends list a very Merry Christmas and you're next on the list! LOL!! So to you and yours I wish you a very Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year.
What's up my man? Just trying to touch base with everyone on my friends list. Hope all is well in your world and you're having a great weekend. I'm making some big changes if ya get a chance stop by and check it out.
I lost over 50 lb’s and dropped my bodyfat from approx. 36% to 10% in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. It’s not super easy but still not so hard that you can’t reach your goals. Challenge yourself and you will get where you want to be and the results will be well worth the effort. Give me a yell if you wish.
I just thought that I would drop by and wish you much success in your quest for better fitness. Always challenge yourself to be the best that you can be during each and every workout and believe in your own inner strength. I wish you all the best of the season and look forward to seeing your continuing progress in ’08.
Thanks. I weighed this morning and I was 350 even A lot water Weight but It still keeps me going I'm on a two a day system mornings are mainly cardio from 5 am till about 6 and in the afternoon i hit the weights Its been a struggle but getting to the gym is not my problem.. Hey Jason!! I usually wish everyone on my friends list a great weekend but thought I'd change things up and wish everyone a stellar week so...have a great week my friend!!
Thanks for the nice comments Jason. Stay with a regular program of heavy lifting and good eating and you'll reach your goals quicker than you'd think. Good luck and God bless. Gene
