When I Started:
2008
How I Started:
Well it all started when my son turned 14 he started calling me out!! He wants to challenge me on everything, from racing to lifting weights, so i got tired of him talking trash so i dusted me off but it took alot out of me, so i decided to get back in shape so me and him can get closer. He loves football, thats all he thinks about, so im trying to get in shape and help him out too, cause he is trying to gain weight for football reason, now he is 16
Why I Love It:
I played basketball in highschool but i used too workout with the football team and from that point it just did something too me, i didnt workout after highschool but always wanted to get back in the gym,and i love looking at people with nice bodies, guys and girls, and wheni workout i feel complete for some reason, my day is not right if i dont workout or not eating right!
How I Stay Motivated:
MY son, im tired of people thinking we are brothers and when i go to his school they think im a student! so i have to get bigger!!!
What's up Jay? I've been told my leg workouts are pretty crazy so you can try it or just tweek. I do heavy squats 4-5 sets, deadlifts, leg presses, ham-glute raises, smith machine lunges, stiff-legged dead lifts, leg extensions and the inner and outer thigh machines. It's a pretty intense workout but I love it. As far as eating, I eat like a horse. Thats one of the keys to the size that i've put on.
I really don't know how I stay focused. I guess I just put my mind to it and keep moving. I thrive off of being challenged so I guess that's one of the things that motivates me.
