I was a college athlete so I started lifting weights with teammates.
Why I Love It:
I like the way I look and the higher energy levels I get from working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
A few years ago, I had stopped working out/eating right and I ballooned up to 270lbs. I'll never forget how bad I looked and felt at that weight; that's what motivates me to stay in shape.

2008 had been a difficult one thus far.  For those reading this and are Christians, you know the number 8 is for new beginnings.  Well, I made the decision to be baptized at the end of 2007 (literally New Years Eve) and the enemy has been coming at me since.  I had my faith temporarily...

I've never heard of praying for strength per sey, i do pray b/f workout but just because I always pray in the morning...it's my daily appointment with God I've never prayed my way through a plateau or injury, I guess I figure God lets us receive what we give out and the gains or goals are up to our hard work and dedication
