When I Started: Apr 2008
HOW I STARTED:

I got started right out of high school in 2008. Shorty after i became obsessed! It is now Jan 3rd 2012 and for about the past 6 months i havent been really going to the gym.

WHY I LOVE IT:

stevep78 Thanks bro. Much appreciated. To get big, eat every 2 hours, high protein, high carbs. Lift heavy , keep your reps from 3-8. Train smart with a 5 day workout split. Squat, deadlift and bench Jan 25, 2012 10:52am
