How I Started:
I started when i was in middle school 8th grade and i went at it hardcore all the way till i got my junior year. then i got into some personal problems which made me stop. so now after 2 yrs im jumping back in the ball came.
Why I Love It:
Is my second home being in the gym.... like my mind focus on me, all my problems from work and home is like i escape from them. and i take my frustration and anger out in it. I love the way i come out the gym PUMPED and satisfied.
How I Stay Motivated:
The transformation and the enrgy i get the following day

Goal (Long):
I'm tired of lookin atmy pics when i was huge,weighn at 238 withn 8-12% of bodyfat. I was more active and never down. After my ex had our kid i slackd off big time now i weigh 290 with 25% of body fat. Now thats not kool i want to get back like I use to be but even BIGGER I'm 5'11 and my goal is to be 225 with at least 12% of body fat. My arms big enough to fill my sleeves, chest so perfect that make arnold and dave batista(wwe wrestler i honestly think he gots good form of chest)ashame, thighs big enough like tom platz.i know im exagerratin but i need motivation, and theres where i slack of so please help me out guys!!!!!!!!!!!
