Goal (Long):
My goal is to improve my over all fitness and get my body back to what it should be by this time next year. You see when I was 22 years old I was diagnosed with cancer. Now I am 26 and cancer free!!! So I feel like I have been given a second chance to live my life and i should make the most of it. As if that wasn't all the motivation anyone would need, my wife, who means everything to me has had health problems in the past and has decided to get into shape with me. I just hope we can do it.

Good luck with starting out. As someone who used to be extremely overweight and then recently had a horrid accident, I can understand how hard it must be, especially considering the cancer. Still, the effort will pay off over time. =)

Wow. Crazy, well I guess if we put it in a good light, you can only go up from here! Take it slow to start with but even after 6 years you'll be surprised how quickly your body comes back. Take care.
