well i have been wanting a partner to lift weights with, so i can actually push myself. I haven’t had any luck yet, hopefully I do get some luck.

It is best to follow a proven program when deciding to either lose weight and/or get into great shape otherwise you may end up wasting your time & energy. I was able to lose over 50 lb’s going from 36% to 10% bodyfat and my wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. Challenge yourself and you may be amazed at the results and how fast they happen.
