Live in the past!!!
The absolute best form of motivation i have tried is to just live in the past. What I mean by that is the whole time your working out think of all the things people have done to make you mad in your life, think off all the times you were made fun of and tormented maybe even bullied. Build up all the anger hatred and hostility you can and focus that energy into your work-out. Make every movement you do matter use perfect form and put all you can into it never waste a rep.
Man, finally get a minute off from work and fighting off the flu. Ok a lil update along with the normal part of my workout routine I've recently added flipping a tractor tire into my workout. It's a great full body workout and will really shred your forearms. Got done with the recovery week off insanity and starting tomorrow is the crazy second month the workouts get longer and harder. I can't wait to see the results!
Ok, Guys 1 week down 5 to go for the formula 50 challenge and 11 to go for the 100k challenge. Week 1 has been tough, insane and crazy hardcore all in one already having great and noticeable results. I'm lovin it!
