Do you monitor your heart rate while doing cardio?
Do you use a heart rate monitor? Which one?
I montior my radial(wrist) with a heart monitor
What heart rate do you aim for while doing cardio? Why?
As long as it above Peak Profrance-160-190 give are take..so far the highest was 176 on the watch monitor I have.
What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
