How I Started:
I got interested in nutrition at school and wanted to start taking better care of my body.
Why I Love It:
I was always out of shape in highschool, but in college I began going to the gym daily and eating right. It has made such a difference in how I feel and the amount of energy I have.
How I Stay Motivated:
I try to remember how far I've come and how good it feels to be a healthier me.
BB Accomplishments:
I was at my lowest weight last year (105), but wasn't eating right and ended up gaining all the weight back. This time I'm doing it right, slowly but surely :)

This is the peak of my life and my goal is to train and transform my body to be at its peak potential. I'm not that interested in contests or competitions, I only want to challenge and better myself by enhancing my endurance, strength, flexibility, and diet. What drives me is feeling better each day by maintaining and improving my healthy habits. Other than that, fitness is a daily choice and therefore I take my transformation one day at a time.
