It's just some sort of experiment and when I started working out..boom!That's it, I'm addicted to this stuff.
Why I Love It:
It gives a lot of self confidence and you don't need anyone to tell you that "hey you look good man", you just need to stare in your mirror for a minute and from there you can actually define yourself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by good self discipline and inspiration from my friends, love ones, professionals and off course from God.
"After 1 year of same-old routines and improper diet the results are almost "nothing". And now I am seriously looking forward to transform my body. This is my 4th day of proper diet and I started taking protein shakes and supplements."-wish me luck!

Reason: Just for experimental purpose. I heard that this is like 7x better than my old supplements.

Good work on your progress. You should eat a lot of balut! I hear it's a great source of protein. LOL. Seriously, if I could get my hands on those little suckers, I'd be eating them 24/7. Good luck with the bodybuiling you're off to a great start.
ha..I was like wow...this guy is pushing up 220lb! That's pretty good. But never say never! With consistent weight training you will get there! I never though I could bench 315 but I did! later!
