How I Started:
I decided I was finally tired of being the skinny weak kid, walked into the gym and to this day will never walk out on it.
Why I Love It:
The fact that I feel 100 times better on any given day that I work out versus a day that I don't. The fact that I know I am doing something to keep myself healthy and enjoy doing it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Challenging myself to transform my body in the next 12 weeks to look like a different person when I am done.

Well today was my first day (in a while) back in the gym. I went to the workout room here at my complex to get back into things here. There isn't much to it, a bench , some free weights and a few machines, but man... just getting warmed back up there showed me how long I was out of the routine....
I didn't go to the fitmess part, I find those so boring. More of a bodybuilding fan. I heard the fitness went till 2:15am. The bodybuilding show was the following evening and that ended about midnight. Much more entertaining, in my book.
Hey dear :) Thanks for the support, it means a lot. I appreciate it to no end. Ever switch up your leg exercise order, or add drop sets? Those suck, I added those in this year and I've seen more leg development than ever. But it hurts!! Good luck and you're well on your way to the stage, you look awesome :)
I beleive you are right about diet, diet, diet. I was mistakenly under the impression that my BF was lower then is is. It makes perferct sense now. And thank you for your well wishes my friend - very kind of you.
