Actually , I'd settle for good abs. I've been working out for about 8 years and never had that elusive set of ripped abs. I used to run A LOT , and was very toned. But I didn't do much ab work and it showed. ( Or didn't show , that being the problem ) For the last 4 years I've done VERY...

One thing I noticed about the free samples is that a lot of them only give you the serving size equal to one scoop, where a lot of the products I like, I need 2 or more scoops. I have built up a tolerance. Good luck. Ill join ya on the journey to finding abs!

IM SURE YOU WILL...ITS THE MOST DIFFICULT THING TO DO ..I THINK PERSONALLY..YOU BREAK YOURSELF AND YOUR HEAD DOING IT...BUT EVENTUALLY IF YOU TRAIN THEM ALMOST EVERYDAY THEY WILL HAVE NO CHOICE BUT GIVE IN...THAT'S WHAT IM DOING...:)

My favorites are powdered form. Because of intestinal problems, I don't seem to get much out of pills. I would really encourage you to try Assault by MusclePharm. Expensive, but awesome. Also Jack3d by USPLabs. I like Super Pump too.

Hahaha, yes! I've never given out candy at our house because I can't have that stuff around me...I like it all, especially smarties LOL But yeah, I don't eat or drink anything at parties...it's all low-protein, keep-you-weak-looking food around here LOL
