How I Started:
I have always worked out of some sort every year since 1998, but nothing consistent for a long time. I started working out more though while I was in the Army. Doing PT everyday helps a person stay in shape. After I got out I continued to workout in the gym on post. Recently I started a new career and it took most of my time so I cut back on the workouts, but this is a new year with new goals.
Why I Love It:
It gives you confidence which leads to motivation which leads to success.

When I was 16 and weighed 140 I benched 255. I thought that was great back then.

I was going strong earlier this year but an unexpected surgery put me out for almost the entire year. Now I am back healthy again and ready to start working out again.
