Back in late 2000 , my friend and I wanted to change our way of life abit. We got tired of our skinny bodies and wanted to start putting some muscle on. We have always been playing sports such as hockey and soccer. Now, since we were in our early 20's and the sports that we've been playing had come to an end, we decided it was time to join a gym. As the years went by I started to enjoying working out and even trained twice a week. I turned my slim 145 bls body into a 190lbs frame of muscle. I took courses to learne more of becoming a trainer and even went back to school to get my B.S in Sports and Fitness. Ive been a trainer for almost 5 years now and ive enjoyed to knowledge ive gained from others and passed on to my clients.

How I Stay Motivated:
I just enjoy working out and staying fit. I don't want to become a bodybuilder. I just want to stay healthy and never gain weight.

Goal (Long):
My goal is to lower my body fat % and to just live a healthier life style. I'm really not into how much weight I can push and how strong I can get. I just never want to be out of shape. I can honestly say ive never been out of shape either. I would like to at least maintain a 180-185lb frame. I'm now at 190-192lbs and have to drop my body fat % abit also. The new added weight was from lifting heavy from this past summer. Now its time to lean out.

Ive never follwed a diet until about three weeks ago. With my school and work I was not eating at all. I was weak and tired alot. I was doing 8 hour sifts at work without a break and 12 hour days at school with just 15 minutes to eat. I got a trainer to make me a diet and now i'm eating better.
