i got started cause i wanted to make a change. I am a little over weight right now. and last time i lost down 2 169 bl i look like i was sick or something. so i am not wanting to take that rout this time.
Why I Love It:
i love working out cause it keep me feeling great. I love to see what happens month by month the change
How I Stay Motivated:
people that work with. My partner hes my back bone.

BEEN WORK 12 HOURS AND MORE A DAY . IT HAS BEEN REALLY BUSY . BUT STILL HAVE STUCK TO MY DIET. HAD ONE THIS I HAD TO STOP TRYING TO GIVE UP THAT WAS COFFEE FOR MY CAFFEINE PROBLEM LOL OH WELL . NOT REALLY UP SET ABOUT THAT ONE CAUSE I LOVE STARBUCKS .

Trust me man...we have all been there. I biggest thing is getting back at it as soon as you can. That is really what seperates people. It just takes time...remeber that and stay with it (no matter what obsticals get in the way) and I know you will be fine

Yeah that was MT's Halo and IntraVol. They were staples in my supp plan and really helped me get through that crazy transformation period. If you ever want any detailed info just shoot me a PM.
