That's great, glad you are keeping active. I am doing more running. At 220, but should be at 205 to try to shed some fat. or at 230, with muscle. I need to get into a regular lifting routine again.

thanks so much! Wow, you do drink a lot! I thought I drank a lot!! I know what you mean about the commitment to bb and loved ones not accepting it. This lifestyle is just like a marriage, 24hr a day, and many find it hard to accept.
