How I Started:
I'm changing my start date to now October 2009. I've finally realized that in order to be healthy and build the body I want, I have to put in work. It was hard to work out while I was in school because of time constraints; but now I am out of school, working, and have the time. It's time to work.
Why I Love It:
I need to relieve the stress. It makes me feel good, and I want to be healthy.

This is close to when I started. At this time my weight had ballooned to a little over 230. As much as I hate the way this picture looks, I need to face it... so here it is.
Not much progress. Wasn't serious or committed for a while.
I want to gain muscle and lose fat. It has taken me a long time to really get serious about bodybuilding. I want to lose down to my goal weight of 185 while building muscle.
I did it! LOL. I completed the dumbbell total body workout and even took some pics during for progress photos. The only thing I didn't complete was the abs exercises. I was only able to do 9 out of 2 sets of 15; but I'm going to keep on working. My abs have always been the hardest part...
the thing is........we all start somewhere, im glad i got the early pics up that i can go see cuz it makes me realize where i came from and i have gone along way! keep it up
