How I Started: I am skinny by blood. I got down to 136 when I was in Iraq and swore to never let it happen again. I also had a SSgt who you got me started and helped me understand weight lifting.
Why I Love It: It is a great stress releif and it gives me a chance to just get away from everyone.
How I Stay Motivated: I stare at myself in the mirror and know I can get bigger.

Thanks to the grand ole Marine Corp I have to change my workout routine once again.  I have been trying to gain weight with focus on heavy weight training.  Now I have had to do the complete opposite and do LARGE amounts of cardio.  I am now going to a school to become a Marine Corp...

No my family isn't from hawaii. My dad lived there for 10 years or so and then my brother moved there, got kicked back to cali, and then moved back and got engaged and has his own family now.
