How I Started:
I am skinny by blood. I got down to 136 when I was in Iraq and swore to never let it happen again. I also had a SSgt who you got me started and helped me understand weight lifting.
Why I Love It:
It is a great stress releif and it gives me a chance to just get away from everyone.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stare at myself in the mirror and know I can get bigger.

That took long enough! After three weeks of intense swimming I am finally done. I spent those three weeks in a swim instructor course that is said to total 35 miles worth of swimming. I have lost about 7 pounds and now have to work hard to get it back. On the upside my back is alot...
Welcome and think you said BYE to SKINNY a while back. All that swimming did a great job not only to back but shoulders, lats and arms certainly haven't suffered either. Great job and continued success there BEAN POLE. HA. Andre
I am real good! The weekend was a washout...literally! I can't complain though, my gym is in the basement and I spent alot of time there! How about you? Anything fun?
No my family isn't from hawaii. My dad lived there for 10 years or so and then my brother moved there, got kicked back to cali, and then moved back and got engaged and has his own family now.
