How I Started:
Well I played basketball through highschool. My real father was a bodybuilder since he was 13, but was never around 4 me...Therefore I always stayed away from weights.But after graduation I started workin, when I was 21 I went 2 the gym w/a friend n I worked out hard 4 about a year then gave it up til I was 24 then I was 168b I got up 2 205 and n feb2007 I had a bad hand injury and was unable 2 lift til may2007 I started back @ 180 and im now 193 my goal is 215...
Why I Love It:
I jus luv the atmosphere, the confidence u get and the accomplishments ur able 2 have 4 the work u put in and I know I did it on my own.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by seein changes and by the compliments from others.

Goal (Long):
My all around goal is 2 b a solid 220 @ 6'1 a shredded 220 is me. I will achieve this by March of 2008... It would b perfect,jus comin off winter season livin @ the gym 2 cold 2 sweat @ work so my bods holdin water eatin like a cow. Easier said than done! But well make it happen!

Just starting back BUT what a base to pack on more muscle and definition. Solid traps, thick chest, big arms/forearms and solid abs. Continued success with goals now that you're all healed. Andre
