How I Started:
I really got started in January of my sophomore year of high school. I went to the doctor for a physical for golf season that year and I weighed in at 244 lbs. Right then I knew I needed to do something. I took physical conditioning as a class that spring semester where we lifted weights on MWF and did conditioning on TTH. It was during this semester I got hooked and by the end of the semester i had lost 30 lbs. I didnt stop there and by the time fall of my Junior year came around i had gotten down to 185 lbs. Since then I have kept on lifting weights and working out but have found it hard sometimes w/ my schedules to keep a constant routine. I have decided that I want to try to rededicate the same effort i put forth then starting now since I will have the time.
Why I Love It:
Stress relief from everyday life. Nothing can be accomplished in the gym without a little sweat and pain either.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing how far I have come and trying to go even further.
