No need for words. That's why I finally decided to hire a personal trainer. All by myself, I wasn't getting any real improvement.
Well, by now people are telling me how much I've improved, but I'm not so sure... I think the progress may be too slow.
I want to keep my current weight, but gaining muscle and getting rid of 10 pounds of body fat. I discovered recently that it's possible through a combination of exercise and a new way of eating. For this purpose, I'm reading the book "The ABS Diet", by David Zinczenko. I'm also following an exercise program directed by a personal trainer. So, hope to be on the right way...!!!
thanks for the pic comments. i don't have any back pics from before june 5, 2007 (not that i can locate anyway), so it's hard to say exactly how long it took to get the definition. i think i can safely say that it was at least a year of really hard work, and of course, it's always "in progress."
