Amazing gains! I was reading that when you were bulking you were having 350g of protein a day. How did you manage doing that? Is that how you bulked from 120 to 180 initially? Did it take your body time to adjust to such large quantities? thnx and keep it up

I just posted some new pics in a thread i started. let me know what you think man. of late I have been getting frustrated due to the lack of results! eating a lot isnt easy, and Iam sure you would know! keep working hard man and let me know what you think

Thanks for the comment! I will keep working on the chest. Best of luck with your goals and training with the Marines. I cant imagine how tough that must be.

Thanks for the reply man. Have you used tech before? The 70g of sugar was in it looks kinda worrying! Btw I looked at your progress pics and you look absolutely ripped. Congrats on the transformation and best of luck.

thanks for info man. I have been eating quite healthy over this whole process. I will take your advice and look at my diet more carefully.
